About the Role

You’re the final (and arguably most important) step in the Nell’s experience. As a Pizza Delivery Rider, you bring our food—and our vibe—straight to people’s doors. You’re not just delivering pizzas; you’re delivering that “this is exactly what I needed” moment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver pizzas quickly, safely, and with care
• Represent Nell’s out in the world with friendliness and confidence
• Double-check orders before leaving the shop (accuracy matters)
• Keep your delivery gear clean, organised, and ready to go
• Communicate clearly with the team about timings, delays, or issues

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual—you show up when you say you will
• Comfortable riding in all kinds of weather (this is the UK, after all)
• Friendly, approachable, and naturally helpful
• A good sense of direction (or solid GPS skills—we’re not judging)
• Calm under pressure, especially during busy rushes
• Right to work in the UK
